Let Jen create the perfect menu for your experience. Brunch is always a hit with dishes like Summer Strata, Caramelized Onion and Bleu Cheese Quiche, Fresh Berries, Pecan Pie Granola, and Yogurt. The list is endless, and to top it all off try some fresh juice or a Classic Cocktail.

"My 11 year old daughter and I attended the Wise Woman Within retreat hosted by Jen McCarter. It was a lovely weekend devoted to firming the connection between mother and daughter during those rocky middle school years as well as introducing some useful lifelong habits such as yoga, mindfulness, and journaling. Jen did a wonderful job of keeping the weekend fun (and delicious!) as well as meaningful. She is an experienced yoga instructor and gives many options for all levels of yoga practice. Jen McCarter ERYT-500, RPYT, YACEP
Jen graduated from Sanctuary for Yoga in 2017 with her RYT 200 in Vinyasa. After working at several beautiful studios, she was called to her home studio, where her love of yoga started, Hot Yoga of East Nashville.
Jen immediately went to work on her 300 hour training which would take her to 500 certified.
Jen's training includes Prenatal, Pranayama, Meditation, Yin, Energy, Yoga Philosophy and History, and Journeying, Sacred architecture of a class, Advanced Assisting, Authentic Voice, Anatomy, Restorative, the stories of Hinduism, and Yoga Nidra.
Her next step is to further advance her work as a healer by becoming certified in Watsu water therapy.
As of May 2020, Jen is a certified Theta Healer.
